Blue Lotus Flower

Aids a peaceful, restful night’s sleep. Sweet dreams.


Suggested Use: Place one lotus flower into your favourite herbal tea at night (lavender, camomile etc) steep for 2-3 minutes and drink 30 minutes before bed. For optimal freshness, store in a ceramic, glass or wooden jar with a lid away from moisture & direct sunlight.
